COFFEE PEANUT BUTTER CUP SMOOTHIE

What would you say if I told you that chocolate is actually good for you?

Raw cacao, the purest form of our favorite indulgence, has a multitude of health benefits: high in antioxidants; ability to reduce stress and lower blood pressure, improve digestion and mood; and suppress the appetite, to name a few. Combined with the healthy fats found in peanut butter and filling, fiber-rich oats, this smoothie is the perfect pre-workout treat or mid-afternoon pick me up.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Bizzy Organic Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/4 cup Old-fashioned Oats
  • 2 tbsp Cacao or unsweetened Cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened Almond milk (or Milk of choice)
  • 6 Ice cubes

Preparation Time 

  • 1 minute

Servings 

  • Serves 1

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, top with peanut butter cups - and enjoy!
