Cold brew coffee is a way to replace temperature with time to produce premium tasting coffee with less acid. Ground coffee is steeped in water for up to 24 hours to produce coffee with 68% less acid and up to three times as much caffeine compared traditional hot brewed coffee.
Bizzy Organic Cold Brew Coffee is USDA certified organic.
Every batch of Bizzy Cold Brew is sent to a 3rd party to validate for Food Safety. Rest assured, our products are food safe and have been approved by the FDA.
Our product is gluten-free, and we do not produce in a facility that contains or has come in contact with gluten. However, note that we are not yet certified gluten-free.
Certainly! Bizzy Coffee is completely safe for those with lactose intolerance since it's 100% coffee - meaning, no dairy at all. For a creamy touch, consider using plant-based milk alternatives like almond, coconut, oat, or soy milk instead of a dairy-based creamer. Enjoy your dairy-free coffee experience!
Bizzy does not contain peanuts/nuts. It is not processed in a facility or handled or packaged in equipment that also processes peanuts/nuts.

Coarse Ground Coffee FAQs
One 16 oz bag of coffee grounds can produce 4 individual brews with our recipe. Each brew makes about 14 oz of cold brew concentrate, or about 50-60 oz per bag. This equates to about 100-120 oz of RTD after dilution.
One 16 oz bag yields 6 cups of ground coffee. Based on our recommended proportion (1.5 cups to 3 cups water) in preparing cold brew coffee concentrate, a bag is therefore good for up to 4 brews.
All of our ground coffees are zero calorie. This means no fat, cholesterol, sodium, carbohydrates, or protein.
Once you've brewed that delicious cold brew concentrate using our brew bags or ground coffee, you've got about 7 days to keep it in the fridge for the best flavor. Remember to put it in a sealed container so it stays fresh and delicious.
The decaffeination process we use on our ground coffee/brew bag products is called the mountain water process which uses only water, no chemicals, to decaffeinate our coffee.
Yes, our cold brew concentrate is meant to be diluted. If you follow our brewing instructions, the resulting concentrate can be diluted at a 2:1 ratio, or 2 parts water/creamer to 1 part concentrate.
Yes, all ingredients and processes used in the production of Bizzy Coarse Ground Coffee (roasted coarse ground and brew bags) meet kosher requirements and is certified by Orthodox Union.
The packaging we use for our ground coffee guarantees the fresh flavor of our coffees. It’s made of polyethylene, a non-recyclable packaging used by most coffee brands for this type of product. At the moment, it is the only economical and effective option for the purpose it serves. We, however, encourage customers to reuse the bags say, for planting seedlings, and even using spent coffee grounds as fertilizer. We are committed to achieving sustainability which is why we have partnered with our local community of organic farmers who compost using our coffee grounds. We use only organic and non-GMO products, and work only with ethically-sourced beans and ingredients.
However, our brew bags are made of bioweb material that is 100% compostable.
Shelf life is 12 months. Once opened, it must be stored at room temperature and properly sealed.
When placing an order on our website, products available on subscription show a Subscribe and Save option on the order page. Just select the Subscribe and Save option instead of one time purchase, then choose how often you would like the order to be delivered (e.g. Every 2 weeks or Every 4 weeks, etc.), then hit Subscribe. You can then complete the setup by entering your shipping address and payment details. Subscribe and Save is a great way of ensuring you will never run out of Bizzy Cold Brew.

Our Ready to Drink Cold Brew Coffee is just that - ready to drink! Pour and enjoy, and if you like, add your favorite creamer to your exacting standards!
Bizzy Ready to Drink Cold Brew should be stored chilled and consumed within the Best By Date indicated on the bottle. Once opened, it must be consumed within 7 days.
Yes! Our Bizzy Cold Brew Bottles are made with 100% post consumer recycled plastic. (Please note, the caps are not made with 100% post consumer recycled plastic, but we are working on a solution for that!)
You can store unopened bottles of Bizzy RTD cold brew until the expiration date. For best results, store and serve chilled.
Certainly! Unopened bottles of Bizzy ready-to-drink are safe to store at room temperature. However, for the ultimate cold brew experience, we recommend serving them chilled.

Yes, the plastic bottle containers of our RTDs are BPA-free. They are also BPS and BPF-free.

Shipping FAQs

We use USPS Priority Mail service.
If you'd like a specific order to ship to a different address (after purchase has been completed), wait for tracking information in any Shipping update email that will be sent to you regarding your order, and click on your tracking link ASAP, then login to your USPS account (or create a new one) so you can provide any updated instructions - i.e., if you want your package left in a specific area of your home or business, with a neighbor, or have it delivered to another address. If you'd like a future order to ship to a new address, login to your Bizzy Coffee account and update your shipment address there.
Orders made through our website can be tracked using your shipment tracking number sent when your orders ships. The same process applies for orders through Amazon.com or Walmart.com.

Our coarse ground and brew bag products are sold mainly through Amazon, Walmart and our website. It is available in limited retail stores.
