Links to Other Websites
Our Website may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
How We Share Your Personal Information
As discussed more fully below, we share your personal information as necessary to provide the services you request, including sharing information with service providers; when required by law; to protect rights and safety, and with your consent.
We may share personal information with:
Our service providers, vendors, and consultants that perform certain services on our behalf. These services may include customer relationship management software; website hosting; web forms for questionnaires; email marketing vendors; providing customer service; performing business and operations analysis; and supporting our Website. These service providers may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but are not permitted to share or use such information for any other purposes.
Other situations: We also may disclose your information:
- your personal information may be shared for legal reasons (e.g., to prevent crime or fraud, or to comply with a court order or legislation) or with your consent;
- to enforce our terms and conditions or other agreements or policies;

Third-Party Privacy Policies: Any third parties to whom we may disclose personal information may have their own privacy policies which describe how they use and disclose personal information. Those policies will govern use, handling and disclosure of your personal information once we have shared it with those third parties as described in this Policy. If you want to learn more about their privacy practices, we encourage you to visit the websites of those third parties. These entities or their servers may be located either inside or outside the United States. Bizzy Cold Brew contracts with Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”). Shopify provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase (i.e. entering your credit card number in the checkout form as opposed to using a gift card, PayPal or Amazon Pay), then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored by Shopify only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. Bizzy Cold Brew never sees your full credit card number (only the last 4 digits) and does not store your payment information.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. For more insight, you may also want to read Shopify’s Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
Aggregated and Non-personal Information: We may share aggregated and non-personal information we collect under any of the circumstances set forth in this Policy. We may combine non-personal information we collect with additional non-personal information collected from other sources. We also may share aggregated information with third parties.
