Mexican Mocha

Ingredients:
• 8 oz Bizzy Cold Brew
• ¼ tsp Cinnamon
• Splash of Creamer (Dairy or Dairy-Free)
• ⅛ tsp Cayenne ½ tsp Cacao -Handful of Ice
• Cinnamon Stick for Garnish (optional)

Directions:
Add all ingredients except ice to a shaker. Shake hard for 30 seconds. Add ice to glass. Pour liquid over glass. Add cinnamon stick for garnish. ¡Buen Provecho!

Ube Cold Foam Cold Brew

Ingredients:
• 8 oz Bizzy Espresso Cold Brew
• 2 tbsp Condensed Milk (Dairy or Dairy-Free)
• ¼ c Coconut Milk -Ice

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a glass filled with ice and top with Ube cold foam.

Making the Ube Cold Foam
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp Heavy Cream (Dairy or Dairy-Free)
• 2 tbsp Coconut Milk
• 1 tbsp Condensed Milk (Dairy or Dairy-Free)
• 1 Dab of Ube Extract

Directions:
 In a separate glass, combine heavy cream, coconut milk, condensed milk, and ube extract. Froth with a handheld milk frother until you reach a whipped consistency.

Rosemary Honey Cold Brew

Ingredients:
• 8 oz Bizzy Cold Brew
• 2 tbsp Rosemary Honey Simple Syrup
• 4 oz Milk (Dairy or Dairy-Free)
• Ice
• Rosemary Sprig for Garnish (optional)

Directions:
Add all ingredients except ice to a shaker. Shake hard for 30 seconds. Add ice to the glass. Pour liquid over glass. Add rosemary sprig for garnish. Enjoy!

Making the Rosemary Honey Simple Syrup
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Water
• 1 cup Honey
• 3-4 Rosemary Sprigs

Directions:
 Add everything to a pot and boil, then lower to a simmer for 15 minutes. Let cool completely, then take out rosemary
