What are Bizzy Rewards Points?

Bizzy Rewards is a program in which you earn points for certain activities including purchasing Bizzy ready-to-drink cold brew, Bizzy ground coffee or Bizzy brew bags (our consumable products), creating an account, and more.

You can also receive extra points on your birthday and by participating in other special promotional events! Once you’re all signed up, all of your purchases earn you points, which you can later redeem for exclusive merch and to unlock special offers!

How much does it cost to join Bizzy Rewards?

There is no cost to join our Rewards program. It is FREE to join and open for residents of the United States who are eighteen years of age or older.

How do I check my points balance?

Once logged in to your Bizzy Rewards account, you can check your points balance on both bizzycoldbrew.com/rewards-ms and your Account page.

Is the merch that I redeem points for returnable?

What happens to my points when I return items?

If products obtained via redemption of Rewards Points is later returned by a Rewards Member, the corresponding Bizzy Rewards Points converted into the returned Rewards (as well as the value of the Rewards itself) will not be returned to Rewards Member.

Points we have awarded to you for purchases you have made will be reversed if your order is returned and marked as refunded, so those points will not stay in your Account.

How do I cancel or delete my Bizzy Rewards account?

Send a cancellation request to rewards@bizzycoldbrew.com with the subject line “Cancel my account” and we’ll take care of it!

Please note, canceling your Bizzy Rewards membership will forfeit any remaining point balance.

I redeemed my points. When can I expect to receive the Bizzy Reward(s) that I ordered?
