Cold Brew Banana Bread

old brew + banana bread = ultimate treat! Here's our twist on this classic recipe.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 butter sticks

• 1 cup brown sugar

• 4 ripe bananas (mashed)

• 2 eggs

• 1 tsp. vanilla

• 2 2/3 cups flour

• 1 tsp. baking soda

• 1/2 tsp. salt

• 3/4 cup Bizzy Cold Brew

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Add mashed bananas and set aside.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  4. Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Once combined, add Bizzy Cold Brew and mix well.
  5. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour batter into the pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
  7. Check the bread’s readiness by inserting a toothpick. If the toothpick is clean, the bread is done.
  8. Once the bread has cooled, slice and enjoy!
