old brew + banana bread = ultimate treat! Here's our twist on this classic recipe.
Ingredients
• 1 1/2 butter sticks
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 4 ripe bananas (mashed)
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 2/3 cups flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 3/4 cup Bizzy Cold Brew
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Add mashed bananas and set aside.
- In a separate mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
- Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Once combined, add Bizzy Cold Brew and mix well.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour batter into the pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
- Check the bread’s readiness by inserting a toothpick. If the toothpick is clean, the bread is done.
- Once the bread has cooled, slice and enjoy!
