Where’s the trophy? We just go running over to this Cold Brew Chile Rub Recipe! This Cold Brew Chile Rub is the perfect pair to whatever kind of meat you’re bringing to your next party!

Ingredients

• 1/4 Cup Bizzy Coarse Ground Cold Brew (we used Smooth & Sweet!)

• 1/4 Cup Ancho Chile Powder

• 1/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar

• 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika

• 2 tbsp Kosher Salt

• 1 tbsp Ground Cumin

Directions

• Mix ingredients together in a small bowl, making sure to break down the clumps of brown sugar.

• Apply layer of rub onto your meat of choice (we used brisket) and pat it down to ensure it sticks

• Optional: inject Bizzy Ready-To-Drink Cold Brew (we used Espresso Blend) mixed with Beef Broth into the meat

• Smoke/Cook the meat in your desired method!
