Mocha Mousse Cold Foam Brew

The 2025 color of the year is Mocha Mousse, which means we’re making a Mocha Mousse Cold Foam Cold Brew to match!

Ingredients

Mocha Syrup:

• 2 parts sugar

• 1 part Bizzy cold brew (we used Medium Roast!)

• 1/2 part Unsweetend Cocoa Powder

Cold Foam:

• 1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

• 1/2 cup Whole Milk

• 2tbsp Mocha Syrup (more if desired)

Directions

1. Bring syrup to a boil for 3 minutes and simmer until desired thickness.

2. Use a milk frother (or shake in a mason jar) to thicken the cold foam.

3. Pour over your favorite Bizzy blend (we used Medium Roast) and enjoy!
