About The Role
We're looking for an experienced and self-driven Growth Marketer who is passionate about all things customer acquisition. The Growth Marketer will report directly into the CEO and will work closely with the Creative and Analytics team to drive growth.
- Build, manage and optimize customer acquisition funnels
- Manage budgets and all paid acquisition channels (search, display, social, affiliate etc…)
- Pull and analyze digital marketing data, make recommendations and carry out plans
- Work directly with Creative and Analytics teams to create experiments that lead to Increased Conversions, Average Order Value, and Lifetime Value
- 2+ years Growth Marketing Experience
- Expert at DTC acquisition marketing initiatives and sales funnel optimization
- Entrepreneurial, with experience scaling a rapidly growing business or product line – analogous role at a successful CPG/DTC startup or a fast growing line within a larger CPG/DTC is ideal
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for optimizing
