At Bizzy Coffee, we believe in giving back, not just creating the best cold brew coffee, which is why we’ve partnered up with the Change Matters program at the Wedge & Linden Hills Co-op.

During the month of May, $0.25 will be donated from every Bizzy Cold Brew purchase at The Wedge Community Co-op and Linden Hills Co-op. These donations will be supporting two busy non-profit organizations whose missions are to feed those in need, a cause that is in serious demand during this pandemic.

The Sheridan Story is an organization geared towards feeding the nearly 200,000 children who face food insecurities in the state of Minnesota. They do this by packing and delivering meals throughout the state for pickup at schools and community drop points.

Open Arms Minnesota works towards feeding individuals with health problems that make it hard or impossible to cook for themselves. It started out in 1986 when the founder began making meals for a few men who had become too sick to cook for themselves and has now grown to supporting over half a million meals per year.

We went out into the field to give the workers behind these two great organizations some delicious cold brew coffee to help fuel them through their impactful work, but to also understand what they are doing and to see if there are other ways we can all get involved.
