Responsibilities
- P&L ownership for Digital Channel inclusive of Marketplaces and DTC
- Manage Brand Store & Product Detail Pages across all Marketplaces and Retail Partners including but not limited to Amazon, Instacart, Walmart.com, and HyVee Aisles
- Manage external agency partners, explore and introduce possible new agencies and channel opportunities as needed
- Manage digital media spend and bidding strategies across multiple channels, primarily Google (search and display), Facebook/Instagram, and content channels to acquire new customers
- Manage seasonal marketing calendar inclusive of campaigns, days of interest, paid media, emails, loyalty, and promotions
- Manage internal Creative & Analytics team and outsourced agencies to achieve goals
Requirements:
- 2+ years Marketing Management Experience
- BA/BS Required, MBA Preferred
- Entrepreneurial, with experience scaling a rapidly growing business or product line – analogous role at a successful CPG/DTC startup or a fast growing line within a larger CPG/DTC is ideal
- Hands-on experience with DTC acquisition marketing initiatives (Google, Facebook, etc.)
- Experience managing outsourced agencies
- Experience managing internal employees
