Operations Specialist

The Operations Specialist is responsible for leading the production line, create the labor schedule, lead the logistics and warehousing, and handle all operational admin tasks and paperwork. This person would work closely with the COO and production brewers to ensure Bizzy had an effective and efficient operations. This person would need to learn every aspect of the production process initially to be effective at this role.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and run production line, give role direction
• Create weekly labor schedule
• Execute and manage PO process, generate documents
• Execute and manage inbound / outbound order process and materials scheduling
• Execute and manage material inventory tracking and purchasing
• Receiving and outbound inspection
• Manage, organize, and clean warehouse and cooler space

Applicants must demonstrate the following qualities or abilities:

• Experience with Microsoft excel, word, and strong computer skills
• Work effectively in a fast-paced production environment/have ability to switch gears when needed
• Flexibility with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn from mistakes
• Desire and curiosity to grow and enhance knowledge and skills
• Understanding and adherence to maintaining confidentiality in all matters
• Driver's License with a clean driving record
  

Education:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree(GED)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand or walk for the day
• Ability to work a pallet jack and load and unload semi-trucks
• Moderate to heavy lifting and carrying (50 lbs. and above)
• Bending, stooping, pushing/reaching above shoulder
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with a moderate noise level
